Clinical Observation Of Huayu Tongluo Recipe To Treat Female Chloasma By Veins Disease Theories

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Huayu Tongluo recipe to treat chloasma by the veins disease.Methods:The60cases of chloasma patients were randomly divided into the treatment group (n=30)and the control group (n=30).Both groups were given VitC(0.2g/times,3times/d)and VitE(0.1g/times,3times/d).The treatment group was also given Huayu Tongluo recipe.The course of treatment was10days.the clinical efficacy was observed after6courses.Results:(1) The total effective rate of the treatment group is96.67%. The total effective rate of the control group is73.33%.The total curative effect between the two groups has prominent difference(P<0.05).The treatment group is superior to the control group.(2)The treatment group is superior to the control group in improving the patients chloamsa skin damage scale and the area integral(P<0.05).The treatment group is superior to the control group.(3)The treatment group and the control group had no adverse reactions.Conclusion:Huayu Tongluo recipe in treating Female Chloamsa by the veins disease theories has a remarkable curative effect,and it is researched for the clinical value.
