Observe the McGill pain integral and Modiied An and Morrey functional rating index before and after treatment, and compare the difference of the three groups. The end of therapy in two months follow-up, and compare the recurrence rate.Results:1. The clinical curative effect:The total effective rate of the trial group and group B had no significant difference, while better than group A(P<0.05).2. McGill pain integral xomparison in the group, three groups in ease elbow pain after treatment were significantly different(P<0.01);Comparison among the three groups, the trial group and group B had no significant difference (P>0.05),but better than group A (P<0.05)3. Modiied An and Morrey functional rating index:Three groups in improving elbow joint function score after treatment were significantly different(P<0.01); the trial group and group B had significant difference (P<0.05).while group B were better than trial group;but both better than group A (P<0.05).4. Follow-up recurrence rate:Three groups had no significant difference (P>0.05) Conclusion:1. Three kinds of treatment for TE all has crative effect, the pure acupotomy therapy has the same effect as the acupotomy plus blocking therapy, both better than pure blocking therapy.2. Combing the improvement fo the elbow joint fuchtion, the pure acupotomy therapy group and the acupotomy plus blocking therapy group were better than pure blocking therapy.3.
