Preliminary Study Of TCM Constitution And Syndrome Element Differences Of Different Types Of Chronic Gastritis

Objective:To investigate and compare the distribution of TCM constitution and the differences of syndrome element constitution of chronic gastritis, for chronic gastritis "treatment combined disease","cure not ill" and "cure" provides the basis.Methods:Adopt the method of questionnaire survey, the electronic endoscopy clear chronic gastritis (non-atrophic, atrophic gastritis) diagnosis, and clinical symptoms, eliminate substandard grouping, divided into group of non atrophic gastritis and group of atrophic gastritis,31cases in each group, two groups of patients with syndrome factor information collected at the same time, and fill in the physical inventory, according to two groups of evidence element distribution and physical inventory statistics analysis, the summary, identifying of different types of chronic gastritis TCM constitution difference and grain distribution syndrome element.Results:1.The different age stages of non-atrophic gastritis patients TCM constitution distribution has no obvious difference; Different ages of atrophic gastritis TCM constitution distribution existence difference, biased constitution in elderly group multiple, accounts for about78.26%of the total biased constitution.2.Different gender non-atrophic gastritis patients had no significant differences in the TCM constitution distribution; The distribution of atrophic gastritis TCM constitution difference of different gender, male is given priority to with gentle temperament, followed by wet and heat transfer, blood stasis, yin deficiency. Females is given priority to with Yang deficiency quality, followed by the qi quality, gentleness.3.The distribution of Non-atrophic gastritis and atrophic gastritis group constitution is different (P<0.05); which Non-atrophic gastritis group of the set of TCM constitution distribution in gentleness type (41.93%)> yang-deficiency type(32.26%)> qi-deficiency type (9.68%)=wet-heat type (9.68%)> phlegm-wet type (6.45%),with gentleness type common, atrophic gastritis group set of TCM constitution distribution to yang-deficiency type (29.03%)>gentleness type(25.80%)>qi depression type(16.13%)> blood-stasis type(9.68%)> wet-heat type(6.45%)=yin-deficiency type(6.45%)> qi-deficiency type(3.23%)=phlegm-wet type (3.23%), with yang-deficiency type common4.The major lesion site syndrome elements of non-atrophic gastritis and atrophic gastritis group is different (P<0.05); The non-atrophic gastritis group is given priority to with stomach and spleen (92.59%),the frequeney:stomach> spleen. The atrophic gastritis group is given priority to with stomach, spleen, liver (92.96%), the frequency:spleen> stomach> liver. Compared with non-atrophic gastritis group, atrophic gastritis of major lesion site syndrome elements of liver in patients with higher frequency.5.The major lesion nature syndrome elements of non-atrophic gastritis and atrophic gastritis group posed no difference (P>0.05); Both are qi stagnation, Yang weak, Qiweak Wet as the main pathogenic.Conclusion:1.The distribution of TCM constitution: the patients with non-atrophic gastritis of sex and age were no obvious differences of physical distribution, the overall physical type is given priority to with gentleness type, followed by yang-deficiency type. The patients with atrophic gastritis was biased constitution, especially in elderly patients; common in women than men biased constitution, based mainly in the yang-deficiency type.2.The syndrome elements features:The major lesion site syndrome elements of non-atrophic gastritis group is given priority to with stomach and spleen; while the atrophic gastritis group is given priority to with stomach, spleen, liver. The major lesion nature syndrome elements of non-atrophic gastritis and atrophic gastritis group is basically the same,with qi stagnation, Yang weak, qi weak,wet as the main pathogenic.
