Objective:In view of Lumbosacral ligament protect lumbar lordosis and play an important role in delaying the onset of lumbar discherniation and spondylolisthesis,This paper aims to wear acupoint sticking socks and back muscle exercise which can relieve pain inflammation lumbar flexion and extension activities to improve function,Elucidate reliminary acupoint sticking sock of the mechanism in chronic lumbosacral ligament injury treatment,and also explorate the new treatment methods and approaches.Methods:The choosed62patients with meeting the requirements of the standard is randomly divided into treatment and control group31cases. Based on the summary meridian theory of knowledge and pathogenesis, Patients in the treatment group wear acupoint sticking socks once a day,(which is maden of comfortable breathable nike socks and Chinese medicineplaster which corresponds to the human Yong quan, Kunlun,too River,atthe clock and other points continuous observation of two courses,that is two weeks).The control group is received the waist compound topical analgesic cream Southern Star.Both groups were carried back muscle exercise. First initiative slowly rocking the lumbosacral clockwise30laps as well as counterclockwise.And then implemented taut lower back muscles isotonic contraction and relaxation exercises as the standardas not affect the next day practice.After the full course of treatment through the symptoms and signs of change before and after treatment,Using statistical methods to evaluate the therapeutic effect.Result:After full course of treatment comparative observatation the Lumbarsacral pain, tenderness before and after lumbar range of motion, pick up objects test positive rate statistical data analysis P<0.05,Treatment group get better Result than the control group, there are statistically significant.Conclusions:1.The chronic lumbosacral ligament injury is effective in the acupoint sticking socks treatment(efficiency is96.8%).2.The clinical of treatment group is better than in the control group(P<0.05).3.It is a simple, safe and reliable method.
