Clinical Observation Of Chronic Renal Failure (Chronic Kidney Disease 2-3) Treated By Acupoint Sticking With Shenshuai Prescription

Objective To observe the curative effect of acupoint sticking on Early and mid-term chronic renal failure kidney deficiency and dampness with Shenshuai Prescription on the basic of regular treatment of western medicine and syndrome differentiation soup,explor ing the efficacy of external therapy in the treatment of chronic renal failure to provide e vidence for clinical applications.Methods 60 hospitalized patients(30 treatment group,30 control group)with chroni c renal failure were reviewed from Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Me dcine from 4th 2017 to 12th 2017.On the basic of syndrome differentiation soup,all pati ents received routine treatment to delay the renal function deterioration,concluding(1)A ctive treatment of primary disease;(2)High quality low protein diet,Providing essential amino acids;(3)Controlling blood pressure;(4)Correcting anemia;(5)Symptomatic treat ment:Correcting water and electrolyte disturbances and maintaining acid-base balance.Tr eatment group received sticking on Kidney points,Guanyuan point,Sanyinjiao points,Sh enque point with traditional Chinese medicine,once a day,total 15 days,3 months were as an observation period.Physical strength,appetite,Vomit,blood urea nitrogen,blood se rum creatinine and untoward effect were observed before and after therapy.Results 1.There is significant difference among Bun,Scr within groups(P<0.05),and no significant difference among Bun,Scr between pre-therapy and post-treatment,indicating that these two methods have an equal effect on delaying the deterioration of renal function.2.There is significant difference in reducing major symptom scores,increasing TCM Syndrome and Disease Efficacy between treatment group and control group.Treatment group has a better treatment effect than control group with a significant difference(P<0.05),and within treatment group,15 days is better than 3 months(P<0.05),indicating that treatment group has a better effect in relieving symptoms of CKD 2-3 period after 15 days of treatment.3.There is no significant difference among ALT?AST within groups(P>0.05),indicating that the liver function has no significant changes,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment in both groups were not found.Conclusions On the basic of regular western treatment,acupoint sticking with Shenshuai Prescription has a better treatment on improving clinical symptoms of CKD 2-3 period in the short term and brings no side effects.
