O bj ective:Looked at the phlegm and blood stasis and phlegm and dispelling stasis method junction vertigo patients with cerebral atherosclerosis carotid ultrasound and blood lipid levels.Method:Select60patients by color Doppler ultrasound examination that have carotid atherosclerotic plaque, and accompanied by TCM symptoms of dizziness, who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of30people.The treatment group take it by DingXuanJiangZhi soup,in the morning and once, warm boiled water a blunt. On the other side, the control group taking8g of Xuanun Ning particle, three times a day,to make a course of6weeks.Then observe the before and after treatment of two groups of patients who could make the carotid atherosclerotic plaque changes in intima-media thickness(IMT) and both of tis influence on blood lipid level.Consequence:l.The impact on the carotid IMT:The treatment group was fading on the field of carotid atherosclerotic plaques.Lipid levels was reduced (P<0.05),it has statistical significance. After treatment group is narrow than before on IMT(P<0.05).The IMT of control group have nothing changed after treatment (P>0.05).2.Effect on blood lipid level:The level of cholesterol(TC) and triglycerides (TG),low-density Hpoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) standard were lower (P>0.05),High density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) level were not different than intial (P>0.05);the level of LDL-C and HDL-C were the same (P>0.05).3.TCM symptoms:The after treatment group that of traditional Chinese medicine vertigo symptoms disappeared basically, the effective rate was90.00%,the control group treatment of vertigo symptom effective rate was83.33%, effective in the treatment group (the control group (P>0.05),There is no difference. Conclusion:1.Since the quasi square set anti-dazzle lipid-lowering soup can effectively reduce the carotid intima thickness.2.Since the quasi square set can effectively tiaozhi anti-dazzle lipid-lowering soup.3.Phlegm and dispelling stasis method can effectively improve the symptoms of dizziness. |
