Objective:To observe the traditional acupuncture plus Yongquan acupuncture in patients with acute cerebral infarction clinical efficacy in the treatment of lower limb paralysis, investigates the mechanism to find the treatment method for the clinical treatment of these patients, reduce complications, and improve quality of life of the patients.Methods:60patients with acute cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into two groups,30cases for treatment,30cases for contrast.The treatment group were treated with traditional acupuncture treatment plus acupuncture Yongquan of:The main point is Diseased side Yongquan,Shuigou,Neiguan,Sanyinjiao,Jiquan,Chize,Weizhong, Huantiao,Yanglingquan,Xuanzhong,Taichong;acupoint addition and sub tra-ction with the disease. Contrast group were treated with traditional acu-puncture, the two groups were treated one time every day, six days are one treatment course. Have a rest for one day during courses, and need totally two courses. Meanwhile both groups of are treated with neurological internal medicine routine drug therapy. Make relevant evaluation for all patients respectively before treatment and after two treatments. Observe the clinical efficacy of TCM symptoms of the two groups of patients, lower limb motor function and activities of daily living to improve the situation before and after treatment.Results:(1)clinical observations suggest that the traditional method of acupuncture treatment plus Yongquan acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of symptom score, Fugl-Meyer (FMA) score lower extremity motor function, activities of daily living score(ADL) and the degree of neural function defect. There is a significant difference(P<0.05) compared in the two groups.(2) there was no significant difference(P>0.05)among the FMA and ADL index group TCM symptom score before the treatment in the two groups and there is significant difference(P<0.05),indicating that it is superior in the aspect with the methods of traditional acupuncture plus stab Yongquan TCM group in improving symptoms, lower limb motor function and activities of daily living and the degree of neural function defect, than traditional acupuncture group.Conclusions:Traditional acupuncture treatment plus acupuncture Yongquan is suitable for the treatment of acute cerebra paralysis of the lower limbs, can effectively improve acute cerebral infarction patients of lower limb paralysis TCM symptoms, lower extremity motor function with activities of daily living and the degree of neural function defect, it is effective intervention method for acute cerebra paralysis of the lower limbs...
