The Study On The Rule Of Selecting Points Of Acupuncture Treatment For Cerebral Infarction

Objective: The paper summarizes the application rules and compatibility low of acupoint and meridian acupuncture in treating cerebral infarction to provide reference for clinical selection of acupuncture points.Methods: Retrieve domestic Journal of clinical medicine research literature from1985 to 2015. And analyze the acupuncture prescription characteristics of cerebral infarction. The retrieval period is defined in the 1985 to December 2015, the key words defined as "cerebral infarction" or "ischemic stroke" or "cerebral infarction sequela" or "stroke", the intervention measures set for "acupuncture intervention measures" or "acupuncture". According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria to determine the selected literatures. Put relevant content of each selected literature into the Excel form which covers title, source, the article published, author,the number of cases, the dialectical typing, acupuncture method, point prescription,treatment, scheme comparison, curative effect, the total efficiency, notes and many other information. Pretreat the collected data, standardize the name of the acpoints from the selected literatures. Then analyze the rules and compatibility relationship of the acupoints and meridians, list and classify the statistical results by form to summarizes the application rules and compatibility low of acupoint and meridian acupuncture in treating cerebral infarction.Results: Acupoints on yang meridians especially Yangming Meridian are the first choice in treatment of acute cerebral infarction and sequel. Acupoints Zu San Li,He Gu, Qu Chi, Yang Ling Quan, San Yin Jiao of yang meridians are the most frequently used. And the most frequently used meridians are Meridian of Hand,Foot-Yangming and Meridian of Hand, foot Shaoyang, Meridian of Foot-Taiyang.The acpoints on the lower limb and the upper limb are selected at the same time. And most acpoints are specific acupoints or five-shu point or intersection point.Conclusions: According to the research, the application rules and compatibility low of acupoint and meridian in treating cerebral infarction are summarized as follows:⑴Use Yang Meridian Acupoints to balance Yin and Yan, ⑵Select Yangming Meridian only when treating flaccidity, ⑶Dredge the meridians and Qi, ⑷Use tonic treatment on healthy side of body, and vent the sick side of body, ⑸Strong the Qi and enhance blood circulation to dredge meridians.
