| Objective:Through observing the EA head with EA jiaji treatment of lower extremity motor function in spinal cord injury recovery, and explore the treatment of spinal cord injury after lower limb movement disorder more effective treatment.Methods:40Lower extremity dysfunction patients coursed by simple random method selected and divided into. two groups therapy, namely therapy group and control group,Each group contained20patients.The therapy group was treated by EA head with EA Jiaji,While the control group was treated by EA Jiaji points.Before treatment and after treatment, respectively ASIA motor score,improved Bathel index assessment,improved Ashworth index assessment.Results:1The treatment group before and after treatment,the ASIA motor score, improved Bathel index Significantly increased (P<0.05), modified Ashworth index decreased (P<0.05)2The control group before and after treatment,the ASIA motor score, improved Bathel index Significantly increased (P<0.05), modified Ashworth index decreased (P<0.05)3The treatment group compared with the control group, the ASIA motor score, improved Bathel index increased more significantly(P<0.05), improved Ashworth index decreased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:1The EA treatment of spinal cord injury after lower limb motor dysfunction exact effect.2The EA head with EA jiaji is better than the EA jiaji treatment of spinal cord injury of lower limb motor dysfunction (P<0.05). |
