Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Depression After Stroke For Electroacupuncture Combined With Music Therapy

Objective:To compare the effect of electroacupuncture combined with music therapy and simple electroacupuncture for treatment of poststroke depression treatment effect, find ways to treat post stroke depression is the most effective.Methods:The collection of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University Of Chinese Medicine clinic patients with depression after stroke in60cases,60cases were randomly divided into two groups, one group of electroacupuncture combined with five tone therapy (treatment group, n=30), another group was given acupuncture therapy (control group, n=30). And Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) before and after the treatment in17, modified Edinburgh Scandinavia neurological deficit score (MESSS), Barthel index (BI) score.Result:1Patients in the two groups after treatment of each scale score significantly improved compared with before treatment (P<0.01).2Compared with control group, the degree of depression, neurological function and daily life ability of patients in treatment group were obviously improved (P<0.05).3Two groups of patients with antidepressant total efficiency comparison,90%in treatment group,66.7%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); nerve function defect and improve the total efficiency comparison,90%in treatment group, the treatment group was73.3%,(P<0.05) difference has statistics significanceConclusion:1electro acupuncture combined with music therapy can improve the depressive state, promote the recovery of neurological function, improve the quality of life, obvious effect, curative effect. 2electro acupuncture combined with music therapy in the treatment of post stroke depression is better than simple acupuncture treatment.3electro acupuncture combined with music therapy in the treatment of post stroke depression is a safe, simple operation, is worth the clinical promotion.
