Purpose:Through the study of the clinical effect of pricking blood letting therapy and single acupuncture in treating posterior muscle tension after stroke, the effect of pricking bloodletting therapy on the treatment of post-stroke muscle tension was discussed and evaluated, which will be the symptom of increased muscle tone of lower limb after stroke. The completation of this study will provide more effective treatment methods, and reliable clinical theoretical basis for further research and clinical application in the future.Methods:63 patients with hypotension after stroke were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(n=32)and control group(n=31).The patients in both groups were treated with basic therapy, including hypertension, coronary heart disease, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, routine drug therapy after stroke and limb rehabilitation training. In the treatment group, besides the routine acupuncture, the pricking blood was given in this way(the blood was released in the middle vein of the affected side of the popliteal fossa, and the bleeding volume was about 10 ml,once every other day,3 times a week). The control group was given routine acupuncture(i.e.scalp needle:anterior oblique line of parietal and temporal angle, eye needle:superior focal area of both eyes.Body acupuncture:affected side Xuehai point,Yanglingquan point,Zusanli point,Sanyinjiao point,Xuanzhong point,Taichong point). The acupuncture point selection, drug treatment and rehabilitation training methods were the same in the two groups(4 weeks).Modified Ashworth spasticity scale(MAS),simplified Fugl-meyer motor function scale and activity of daily living(ADL)scale modified Barthel Index(MBI)were used to evaluate the muscular tone of the patients before treatment, immediately after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Data statistical analysis using SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:(1)The comparison of the modified Ashworth scores between the experimental group and the control group showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and it was comparable. There was significant improvement in the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of muscle spasm wasdecreased in both groups, but there was no significant improvement in the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of the degree of muscle spasm(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in 4weeks after treatment(P<0.05),and the curative effect of blood-letting therapy was better than that of routine acupuncture.(2)The comparison of simplified Fugl-meyer motor function scores between the experimental group and the control group:t-test showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and it was comparable. There was significant improvement in the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),the motor function of the limbs was improved in both groups, and that in the experimental group was significantly improved immediately(P<0.05),and the motor function of the limbs in the experimental group was improved immediately after the treatment of the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant improvement in the control group(P>0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups at 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The curative effect of blood therapy is superior to that of routine acupuncture.(3)The comparison of the improved Barthel Index activity of living score between the experimental group and the control group:t-test showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and it was comparable. There was significant improvement in the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of muscle spasm was decreased in both groups, but there was no significant improvement in the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of the degree of muscle spasm(P>0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups in 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05),and the curative effect of blood-letting therapy was better than that of routine acupuncture.Conclusion:(1)Weizhong acupoint pricking collaterals can effectively treat the symptoms of lower limb muscle tension after apoplexy.(2)The curative effect of Weizhong acupoint pricking collaterals blood letting therapy isbetter than the routine acupuncture treatment in treating the symptoms of lower limb muscle tension increase after apoplexy.(3)Immediate effect after treatment of limb motor function by needling collaterals at Weizhong acupoint was effective.
