The Effect Of Danhong Injection On Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor In Patients With Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective:By studing Danhong injection for the treatment of patients with acutecerebral infarction study, from the perspective of angiogenesis exploreDanhong injection for vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) role.Methods:Randomly selected60cases hospital patients from suffering acute cerebralinfarction of our hospital，all of which are met the diagnostic criteria of acutecerebral infarction formulated by the the Fourth National Conference ofCerebrovascular Disease in1995and confirmed by the cranial CT or MRIexamination. All selected cases were divided into2groups: treatment groupand control group Danhong, which were detected the level of vascularendothelial growth factor in the blood plasma on the first two days andhospitalized for12days after the venous blood， using enzyme-linkedimmunosorbent assay for plasma explore Danhong vascular endothelial growthfactor (VEGF) action level.Results:After treatment, compared with pre-treatment VEGF levels were elevated,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); treatment group comparedwith the control group increased VEGF levels, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05). Conclusion:1. Danhong injectiong can increase the level of vascular endothelialgrowth factor of the patients with acute cerebral infarction.2. In the acutephase, vascular endothelial growth factor level of the patients in vivo showing arising trend with cerebral infarction.3. From the perspective of angiogenesis,supporting the role of Danhong injection on cerebral infarction has got furthersupport.
