Nowadays, with the rapid development of China’s economy, diabeteshas gone from a niche "rich man’s disease", become a high prevalence rate,serious diseases that threaten the health and life of most people. Preventionand treatment of diabetes has become a hot issue in most people talk about.With the progress of science and technology, Web has become animportant source of our knowledge of information today, but want toinformation such as volume increases as Web to obtain accurate informationyou want has been very difficult. For example, search "diabetes prevention"on Google, I’ll get48300000results, including various types of advertising.People in order to make the computer better "understand" the contents of thequery, the user to find the required information more accurately help,semantic Web arising. Its basic idea is to provide machine processable datasemantics based on these data, and the application of heuristic automationinformation access. Ontology, domain sharing concept clear formalizationdescription, has become one of the key to realization of the semantic Web.This paper introduces the research status at home and abroad aboutontology, described in detail the ontology classification, descriptionlanguage, construction method and construction tools and other relevanttheoretical knowledge. Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) as the basis,combined with the Chinese Thesaurus (CMeSH) and the Australian Hadzic etal established general four-dimensional disease (i.e., type of disease,phenotype, etiology and treatment means) ontology model, on the basis ofthe Stanford University School of medicine development "seven steps", try tobuild a domain ontology model of diabetes. Through the body, make theexisting data with specific forms of organization, let the relationship between knowledge concept originally without any associated, let the knowledge withsemantic, which can be understood by computers. Construction of diabeticbody processing and retrieval of relevant knowledge field all has certain profit.The innovation of this paper is the automatic acquisition of the varioushealth forum about diabetes keywords using R language on the basis ofdiabetes on domain ontology, which is about diabetes reasoning, so as toachieve early warning effect.The significance of this paper is through a comprehensive and relevanttheories of ontology construction, the specific methods and key technologyare explained, to design and construct diabetes ontology model andreasoning, automatic acquisition by R language in the Forum on the relevantcontent, reach the warning effect. Hope this method can be applied in morefields of medicine.
