Clinical Study On Therapy Of Modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction Treatment Of Capillary Bonchiolitis

Objectice:To observe the clinical effect of modified Xiaoqinglong decoction in treating Capillary bronchiolitis (Cold shuts the lung syndrome type).Methods:Stochatially divided60examples troubles into the treatment group and control group. The treatment group used the modified Xiaoqinglong decoction. The control group used Compound falk set Qral and budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide suspension combined inhalation,observing its clinical curative effect.Results:The effect rate of,the control group was83.3%, the treatment group effect rate was93.3%, the treatment group obviously surpasses the control group,the curative effect difference is remarkable(P<0.05).Two group to the fever, setting cough,dispelling phlegm,cold,the lungs the thin wet sound, improvement have the remarkable difference (P<0.05),Also the treatment group surpasses the control group.Conclusion:The modified Xiao qing long decoction had the function of treating Children’s Capillary bonchiolitis and has some advantages in improving the clinical symptoms of fever, chills, shortness of breath, sputum and pulmonary rales, etc., signs.
