Objective:Through Cang Fu Dao Tan Wan treatment of Polycystic ovary Syndrome(PCOS) of the phlegm Stagnation Syndrome patients and set up control group with ECAT add CC patients after treatment of clinical symptoms, sex hormone level, and the pregnancy rate was observed, the pale attached guide phlegm decoction in treatment of infertility phlegmy wet resistance type polycystic ovary syndrome clinical curative effect of objective evaluation, is phlegmy wet resistance type polycystic ovary syndrome infertility provide objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation treatment.Method:Collection of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility patients met the inclusion criteria phlegm resistance-type60, divided into the treatment group with Cang Fu Dao Tan Wan, control group with ECAT add CC,30in each group. Were observed, differences in clinical symptoms were compared between the two groups, BMI, BBT, ovulation, endometrial thickness, hormone levels, pregnancy and other effects before and after treatment.Results:1. Comparison of BBT, ovulation:two groups of BBT are improved after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<O.05), there was no significant difference of BBT between two groups (P>0.05), the two groups can improve BBT after treatment, no significant difference effect. After treatment, the cycle ovulation rate was61.5%, the control group was65%, compared with before treatment, two groups were improved, no significant difference (P>0.05).2. Comparison of endometrial thickness, BMI condition:in treatment group, endometrial thickness increased, BMI decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the control group before and after treatment of endometrial thickness, no significant change in BMI, showed no significant differences (P>0.05), after treatment between two groups, the endometrial thickness BMI compares the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); treatment group increased endometrial thickness, reduced BMI, function is better than that of the control group.3. Compares sex hormone levels:3and6months after treatment, measuring hormone levels before treatment were compared with two groups, LH, LH/FSH, T values were lower, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), two group compared with the values between the two groups showed no significant difference (P>0.05), described the two groups can reduce LH, no significant difference in LH/FSH, T values, the role of the treatment group and the control group.4. Comparison of pregnancy:pregnancy rate23.33%in treatment group and control group was16.67%, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).5. Compares the efficacy of TCM syndrome:treatment group and control group were compared with before treatment difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), compared to the differences between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05). Both of groups can improve the clinical symptoms, the treatment group than the control group.6Clinical total effective:the treatment group was90%in the control group was66.67%, the treatment group than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Cang Fu Dao Tan Wan treatment phlegm resistance-type Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, in improving endocrine, improve ovulation rate, pregnancy rate can be achieved with respect ECAT add CC, equal treatment efficacy; and in improving clinical symptoms, reduce BMI, increased endometrial thickness, than the control group; shows the superiority of Chinese medicine treatment of this disease, TCM treatment of this disease is to provide an objective basis.
