Clinical Observation Of Cang Fu Dao Tan Decoction In The Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome(PCOS)of The Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome Patients

Objectives: Discusses the curative effect of Cang Fu Dao Tan Decoction in the trea-tment of Polycystic ovary Syndrome(PCOS)of the phlegm Stagnation Syndrome pati-ents and the clinical medication safety;To explore its possible mecha-nism of action;to provide objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation treatment.Methods: Choose the diagnosis of this disease and inclusion criteria of the patients60 cases,using " Cang Fu Dao Tan Decoction ". Three menstrual cycles for a per-iod of treatment, do curative effect evaluation in after the first period of treatment and the seconth, judge before and after treatment in patients with symptoms of TC M to improve the situation, follicular development and endometrial thickness variatio n, BMI,hormone levels, pregnancy and other effects before and after treatment. The results were statistically analyzed, and that the correlation conclusion were concluded.Results: The total effective rate of Cang Fu Dao Tan Decoction in the Treatm-ent of Polycystic ovary Syndrome(PCOS)of the phlegm Stagnation Syndrome p-atients w as 90.00%; the rate of pregnancy is 30%.Before and after treatment in patients with clinical sympt-oms, like Menstruation late, Obesity, hairy,showed significant differen ces(P<0.05), improvement in BMI,follicular development, endometrial thickness and preg-nancy of statistical results also showed significant differences(P<0.05). During treatment, patients showed no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusions: This research use Cang Fu Dao Tan Decoction which have the e-ffect of warming the kidney,helping Yang in the Treatment of Polycystic ov-ary Syndr ome(PCOS)of the phlegm Stagnation Syndrome patients, through the drug clinical o bservation, preliminary discussion the curative effect and mechani-sm of Cang Fu D ao Tan Decoction in the treatment ofof Polycystic ovary Sy-ndrome(PCOS)of the ph legm Stagnation Syndrome. Research shows that Cang Fu Dao Tan Decoction can effectively promote the Treatment of of Polycystic ovary Syndrome(PCOS)of the phle gm Stagnation Syndrome,can significantly im-prove the patients with syndrome of T CM, improve the clinical symptoms, and increases patient pregnancy rate. During tr eatment with safety monitoring, with no adverse reactions, is proved to be safe and effective, it is worth further st-udy.
