ObjectiveTo. investigate the effect of exercise combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate in the treatment of obesity polycystic ovary syndrome and its effect on patients'quality of life.Methods112 obese patients with PCOS were chosed, aged 20-35 years, mean (28.72±4.06) years; course 2-6 years, mean (3.29±1.07) years. Patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,56 cases in each group. The general information of patients in two groups, such as age, course, were comparable and without significant difference (p>0.05)-The control group was given treatment of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate, the observation group was given treatment of ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate and exercise, treatment periods of two groups both are three menstrual cycles. The weight, body mass index (BMI), waist-to-hip ratio (WHR), menstrual score, acne score, hirsutism score, luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), LH/FSH ratio, testosterone (T), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), fasting blood glucose (FBG), fasting serum insulin (FINS), homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance (HOMA-IR), leptin, adiponectin and the scores of bodily pain (BP), physical function (PF), role-physical (RP), general health (GH), vitality (VT), social function (SF), role-emotional (RE), mental health (MH) 8 dimensions of patients in two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results1 There was no statistical difference in the weight, BMI and WHR between the two groups (P>0.05) before treatment. After treatment, the weight, BMI and WHR in the observation group were obviously lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), weight and BMI were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).2 There was no statistical difference in menstrual score, menstruation score, acne score and hirsutism score between the two groups (P>0.05) before treatment. After treatment, the menstrual score, menstruation score, acne score and hirsutism score in the observation group were obviously lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), menstrual score, menstruation score, acne score were obviously lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3 There was no statistical difference in LH, FSH, LH/FSH and T between the two groups (P>0.05) before treatment. After treatment, the LH, LH/FSH and T in the observation group were obviously lower than those before treatment and those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4 There was no statistical difference in TC, TG, LDL-C and HDL-C between the two groups (P>0.05) before treatment. After treatment, the TC, TG, LDL-C in the observation group were obviously lower than those before treatment and those in the control group (P<0.05), HDL-C was obviously higher than it before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).5 There was no statistical difference in FBG, FINS and HOMA-IR between the two groups (P>0.05) before treatment. After treatment, the FBG, FINS and HOMA-IR in the observation group were obviously lower than those before treatment and those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).6 There was no statistical difference in leptin and adiponectin between the two groups (P>0.05) before treatment. After treatment, the leptin in the observation group were obviously lower than it before treatment and it in the control group, adiponectin was obviously higher than it before treatment and it in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).7 There was no statistical difference in the scores of life quality between the two groups (P>0.05) before treatment. After treatment, the scores of life quality in the observation group were obviously lower than those before treatment, the scores of PF, RP, GH, VT, SF and MH were obviously higher than it before treatment and it in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionExercise combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate was able to reduce the weight of patients with obesity polycystic ovary syndrome, lighten the clinical symptoms, relieve the abnormalities of sex hormone, blood fat, leptin and adiponectin levels, improve insulin resistance, so as to improve the life quality of patients.
