Objective:Through the clinical experiment, observe the change of inflammatory redzone index before and after treatment in patients, evaluate the traditionalChinese medicine facial mask for external use combined with Taohongsiwudecoction for the treatment of damaged skin barrier type chloasmainflammatory reaction effect, provide a new way for the future further toexplore the diagnosis and treatment of chloasma, hoping to help on theclassification of chloasma. Methods:In this experiment with a total of46patients were selectedare, both inDermatology of Hebei Province Hospital diagnosed with inflammatory skinbarrier damage type female melasma patients, and patients treated in ourdepartment insist on system. According to whether accept traditional Chinesemedicine facial mask external intervention, patients were randomly dividedinto two groups, including23cases in experimental group and23cases incontrol group. The experimental group accepted the treatment that traditionalChinese medicine facial mask for external use and Taohong siwu decoctionoral, while the control group only took Taohongsiwu decoction oral. Twogroups of patients were all using VISIA skin analyzer photographed at thebeginning and ending of the experiment, analyzing the change of the red zoneindex. After statistical software SPSS13.0analysis, P<0.05for the differencewas statistically significant, and judged the effect. Results:In the process of this experiment, eventually46cases to be in cluded inthe statistical analysis,23cases in experimental group and23cases in control group of.All cases met the inclusion criterion.By the statistical softwareanalysis no significant statistical differences between two groups of patientsage, equally comparable. After a mask for external use medicine and Chinesemedicine oral treatment, were recorded before and after treatment for threemonths in patients with inflammatory reaction area of skin lesions. The comparison of inflammatory red zones: according to the VISA forskin and clinical experience, the curative effect of standards as follows: afterthe treatment of patients with skin area subsided by more than60%of thebasic recovery;Fade30%-59%is markly; To effectively fade10%-29%;Herlesions subsided <10%were invalid.Three months after treatment, comparedbefore and after treatment photographs, calculate the subsided area.Aftertreatment, the experimental group the total effective rate was91.3%, thecontrol group was65.22%, the experimental group total effective rate issignificantly higher than the control group.Conclusion:1Traditional Chinese medicine facial mask combined with oral medicineeffectively reduce the damage to the skin barrier in patients with inflammatoryreaction type chloasma inflammatory response, providing treatment ofchloasma clinical conditions for further.2At the same time inflammatory red zone improved, some patientsbrown spots also had different of improvement, but whether the inflammatoryreaction red zone and the change of the brown spot area is positivelycorrelated, clinical need further research, statistical analysis to come to theconclusion.3This experiment because of time and money constraint, small number ofcases of clinical observation are preliminary based on the damaged skinbarrier type chloasma clinical inflammatory reaction of treatment are putforward.Inflammatory reaction and the curative effect of standard ofjudgement, just according to the summary of individual clinical experienceand skin tester is objective data analysis, there are still a lot ofshortcomings. For the treatment of chloasma clinical classification and explore further, you will need to more long-term clinical experimental observation, can be more accurate conclusions.
