Objective:objective evaluation by clumps of head acupuncture point combined with low frequency electrical stimulation on post-stroke wrist hand function reconstruction, optimal treatment, explore a kind of can improve clinical wrist hand function recovery after stroke, to improve the upper limb dysfunction, in patients with ability to improve life.Methods:select into standard clinical stroke patients60patients, randomly divided into two groups, control group and treatment group respectively, while giving the same routine drug treatment and rehabilitation exercise, give control group routine acupuncture method:acupuncture, baihui、shuigou、 jiquan、jianyu、quchi、chize、waiguan、shousanli、hegu, ping ping xie, retaining needle and electricity for30minutes, electrical stimulation intensity appears in limb muscles for the apparent shrinkage and tolerated degree;Treatment group was given method:according to the "in’s head needle find method", choose the top of the head area, front roof area, were pierced5needles;Limb flexion and alternating low-frequency electrical stimulation was given head needle stimulation and alternating low-frequency electrical stimulation treatment on limb flexion and extension at the same time.Acupuncture and electrical stimulation above choose continuous wave, frequency of2hz, every time30min.Flexion and alternating low-frequency electrical stimulation of discontinuous wave, frequency50hz,30min every time, all treatment,1,6times a week,4weeks as a course of treatment.Application of sEMG instrument to collect in the two groups before and after treatment of hand wrist joint initiative muscle electromyographic signal;At the same time choose Fugl-Meyer (upper part), Barthel index of ADL, nerve function defect rating scale (CSS), wrist hand of motion (ROM) such as evaluation of curative effect.Results: 1. The head acupuncture point clumps of combined with low frequency electrical stimulation on post-stroke wrist flexor of hand joint of sEMG characteristic values were significantly increased (P<0.05);2. For stroke patients after upper scale evaluation were improved significantly (P<0.05).3. The head acupuncture point clumps of wrist joints after combined with low frequency electrical stimulation for stroke compared with the conventional acupuncture, sEMG eigenvalue of flexor difference before and after the treatment group compared with control group with significant difference (P0.05).4. The head acupuncture point clumps of combined with low frequency electrical stimulation compared with conventional acupuncture for stroke patients after evaluation of each upper scale before and after treatment the treatment group had remarkable difference in the treatment group compared with control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The head acupuncture point clumps of low frequency electrical stimulation with conventional electric acupuncture can improve side of flexor and extensor muscle contraction ability, thus improve the side flexor and extensor muscle strength, but the first needle combined with low frequency synchronous electrical stimulation therapy is superior to the conventional electric acupuncture.2. The head acupuncture point clumps of low frequency electrical stimulation with conventional electric acupuncture can improve the upper limb movement function and daily life ability, to resume the function of hand wrist and joint mobility has good curative effect, but the first needle combined with low frequency synchronous electrical stimulation therapy is superior to the conventional electric acupuncture.3. The head acupuncture point clumps of combined with low frequency electrical stimulation, in comparison with conventional acupuncture point stimulation for the treatment of stroke after wrist has obvious advantages in the recovery of hand function.
