Objective:To observe the preventive effect of stroke-associated pneumonia with nasalfeeding of Tobramycin joint Mosapride, and investigate the effect of digestive tractdepuration in preventing stroke-associated pneumonia. Methods:We investigated138cases of acute stroke with consciousness disorders orswallowing disorders, which were divided into intervention group and control group with69cases.Both groups were given nasal feeding and nutrition-based treatment, and theintervention group were given Mosapride5mg each time and Tobramycin injection80mgeach time by nasogastric tube, every8hours;pharyngeal coated with tobramycin ointment1g each time, every8hours.And the control group with same amount of saline.Observe theoccurrence of stroke-associated pneumonia in both groups,etc.Results:(1)The stomach pharyngeal cavity bacteria reverse engraftment rate ofintervention group was22.6%(14/62),the control group was45.5%(30/66), thedifference was statistically significant(P<0.01);(2)The incidence of SAP in3day,one weekand two week was14.5%(9/62),17.7%(11/62),21%(13/62)in the intervention group,andwas31.8%(21/66),43.9%(29/66),50%(33/66)in the control group, the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05);(3)The average days of treatment SAP in the interventiongroup was7.26±3.17,the control group was13.32±3.79,the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05);(4)SAP attribution of mortality of intervention group was3.2%(2/62),the control group was13.6%(9/66),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Nasal feeding of Tobramycin joint Mosapride helpd to reduce theincidence of SAP significantly, reduce the SAP attribution of mortality, and significantly reduce the length of antibiotic treatment in patients with SAP.
