Apply Of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound In Identifying The Reason Of Vaginal Blooding After Medical Abortion

Objectiv To discuss the application value of Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound in judging the reason of vaginal blooding and identifying different components in urterus after medical abortion.Methods To observe the size of the uterus,the echo and the blooding in it by Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound for83patients who were suspected aborted incompletely for vaginal blooding seven days after medical abortion and were divded into two groups according the pathology of things clearned out from their uteruses.villi decidual group and non-villi decidual group,then compare and analysis them.Result There are48cases with normal size of uterus and12cases with amplified size in villi group,there are21cases with normal size of uterus and2cases with amplified size in non-villi decidual group, x2=0.816, P>0.05;There are41cases with massive echo in uterus and19cases with schistose echo in villi decidual group,there are4cases with massive echo and19cases with schistose echo in non-villi decidual group, x2=17.383, P<0.01; There are59cases could show color image in villi decidual group, Ⅲ class28cases、Ⅱ class22cases、Ⅰ class9cases,0class1case, There are13cases could show color image in non-villi decidual group, Ⅲ class1case、 Ⅱ class3cases、 I class9cases,0class10cases. x2=36.576, P<0.01; There57cases in which arterial spectrum could be detected in villi group,RI0.45±0.04,there10case in which arterial spectrum could be detected in non-villi decidual group, RI0.57±0.04, t=9.49, P<0.01。Conclusion Different components in urterus after medical abortion have different echo and color doppler,include the size of innormal echo,the shape of color inmage and the blooding in it. Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasound could help us finding the cause of vaginal blooding after medical abortion accurately and help clinical doctor to choice a reasonable therapeutic schedule.
