Objective:To regulate the use and management of hospital medicines, improve the work of Pharmacy Administration, establish feasibility research and solution, to meet the requirements of three class-A hospital evaluation of drug use and management mode via the analysis of the problems in the use and management of drugs. Methods:From the classification of anti-hepatitis virus drugs, type of diseases’ treatment, drug resistance, changes in the liver disease treatment guidelines for states, as well as anti-hepatitis virus drugs’development trend, the variation of anti-hepatitis virus drugs in clinical application were explored, including prescription of anti hepatitis virus drugs were analyzed, and the dynamic knowledge of anti-hepatitis virus drugs usage, analyzing the rationality of the application, investigation against hepatitis virus drugs combined use of the type, model, the evaluation of combination therapy for hepatitis. The anti-hepatitis virus drugs of our hospital in2009-2013,including outdepot amount and species distribution. Drugs used can be statistics, were analyzed via the evaluation of drug utilization. ABC analysis method and the dynamic inventory management were used to analyze the depot amount of anti hepatitis virus drugs, turnover rate, the change of the turnover days, and supervise dynamic inventory. Results:The clinical use of a drug mainly follow the approved descriptions, or the instruction of the specification, the reference guidelines and clinical expert consensus, for right selection and for reasonable use of an appropriate drug, The market share of a drug is related to its curative effects and adverse reactions. Those drugs with high efficiency and low resistance gradually occupy the market.20thousands of prescriptions were collected and analyzed, and the results showed that4336cases of patients were antiviral-treated, with342cases of chronic hepatitis C,3019cases chronic hepatitis B,850cases of compensatory cirrhosis, decompensated cirrhosis of125cases.81%of the patients accept single drug antiviral treatment, and19%of patients treated with combination. The researches also shown that anti-hepatitis virus drugs were increased, accounted for73%of total sales. Interferon drugs,5million IU restructuring of interferona-2b and Pegylated interferon1.8million IU interferonα-2a occupied the main position. DDDs of adefovir dipivoxil and lamivudine have been the top for five years. No significant changes in drug sales were observed after the optimization of drug inventory management (P>0.05). The optimized drug inventory amount, inventory turnover, inventory turnover days are significantly different from before (P<0.01). The distances of accumulative storage curve and cumulative outflow curve of adefovir dipivoxil tablets, entecavir capsule, entecavir tablets via monitoring the dynamics of the single varieties of drugs, are much shorter than that the implementation of zero inventory. Conclusion:Application of anti-hepatitis virus drugs in our hospital was basically rational, but still need to strengthen the children patients’ medication, combined the study and the drug resistance to the antiviral treatment of management; Drug efficacy, safety and economy of the influence factors are antiviral drug choice in liver disease; After the implementation of zero inventory, inventory is greatly reduced, turnover is improved, the drug turnover days are reduced, the occupation of the capital is also reduced. The above analysis shows that usage and management are the only way which must be passed in hospital development. To standardize management of the pharmacy adminstrion, to strengthen the whole process of hospital drug management, to establish a long-term supervision mechanism, is feasible and necessary.
