Objective:According to result of the infectious diseases surveillance of the Entry-exit person in Weihai port form2008to2012, to understand the infection situation, and to explore its epidemic trend, so to provide evidence for the intervention measures and prevention and control measures, and puts forward some suggestions on the future of the infectious disease prevention and control work.Method:By using the descriptive epidemiological to Analyze the information of the Entry-exit person in Weihai port in the last five years. Analyze the detection of infectious diseases including viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis and HIV, among different age and occupation at frontier port. Try to probes into the existing problems, and according to the characteristics of China port construction effectively infectious disease prevention and control system.Result:(1) The total number of the Entry-exit person in Weihai port form2008to2012that suffered the surveillance is57343,359case of infectious diseases were found, and detection rate was0.63%, the main infectious diseases were viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis and HIV.(2) The annual physical examination personnel to maintain at about10000s in Weihai port. Male and female personnel immigration occupation constitute different, including male mainly for labor service personnel, crew, foreign staff; women for labor, foreign entry personnel, students.(3) The detective rate of the infectious was differences, which was highest in2012,0.90%, the detection of infectious diseases, the incidence of viral hepatitis in the first,0.42%, other active pulmonary tuberculosis (0.12%), syphilis (0.07%), HIV (0.01%), infection the difference was statistically significant (Χ2=371.08, P<0.05).(4) Male and female entry-exit personnel infectious disease detection rate between the difference was significant (Χ2=39.85, P<0.05).(5)243cases of viral hepatitis were detected, the total positive rate was0.42%. Male is higher than female (Χ2=61.01, P<0.05).2012was the highest,0.73%, the highest detection rate for travel to visit relatives personnel detection rate was0.91%; followed by the crew (0.60%), business people (0.57%)(Χ2=37.04, P<0.05); along with the age growth, the detection rate increased gradually,50-age group was the highest,1.26%(x2=131.44, P<0.05).(6)68cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis was found, the detection rate was0.12%, of which foreign personnel detection rate is the highest, the detection rate was0.34%, far higher than the China personnel0.09%, the difference was statistically significant (x2=35.25, P<0.05). Male and female detection rate was the same, the largest number for the20-age group (ratio of54.41%); the detection rate increased with the increase of age,60age group was the highest (Χ2=28.59, P<0.05).(7) The port of Weihai for five years a total of syphilis in42cases, male were detected in24cases, female18cases were detected, the detection rate of the male is smaller than the female, mainly concentrated in the labor service personnel (22cases,52.38%), foreign personnel (8cases), the detection rate of the difference was statistically significant (Χ2=12.78, P<0.05).(8)6cases of HIV infection were detected from the port of Weihai, foreign personnel3, China workers2,1crew members, the difference was statistically significant (Χ2-4:.51, P<0.05), and the average age was41.16+5.23years, mainly for foreign imported case.Conclusion:(1) The infectious rate of infectious diseases was U distribution, the main detection of infectious diseases were viral hepatitis, pulmonary tuberculosis, syphilis and HIV.(2) There are many problems existing in the Infectious disease prevention and control, for example laws and regulations is not perfect, the top design is not in place, joint control system is not perfect, the monitoring methods and monitoring project issues such as incomplete. The health and quarantine departments as the organic component in health prevention and control of infectious disease prevention and control, should follow the government responsibility, each department joint control principle, Complete the infectious disease prevention and control work.
