Value Of Transrectal Real-time Elastogra PHY In Prostate Biopsy

Objective:To explore the clinical value of transrectal real time elastography inprostate biopsy.Methods:The clinical data of192patients with suspected prostate cancerwho were guided by6+X biopsy system point and were analyzed.In studygroup，transrectal ultrasound elastography combined with color Doppler guidedprostate biopsy was performed on76patients，while in control group，prostate biopsy was performed on116patients with Transrectal colorDoppler guided prostate biopsy.Results:92patients were diagnosed with prostate cancer in control group with116patients and the positive rate of prostate cancer biopsy was79.3%. Incontrol group a total of1299needle puncture and an average of11.2needles.68patients were diagnosed with prostate cancer in study group with76patients andthe positive rate of prostate cancer biopsy was89.5%. In study group a total of965needle puncture and an average of12.7needles. Conclusion:Ttransrectal ultrasound elastography was a good method which canhelp to determ ine the biopsy target for prostate biopsy and can improve thedetection rate for prostate cancer.
