Hypertension, which is a serious threat and a common disease to human health,,has become an international public health problem. The task of prevention and treatment of hypertension is very difficult. Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring is a diagnostic instrument by automatically timed measurement technology of everyday life under the state’s blood pressure and blood pressure measurement which overcome the hospital less frequently observed errors and white coat effect and other limitations, which can be more objectively reflect the actual level of blood pressure and volatile situation. Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a national focus on hypertension clinical research base, with the strength of medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, provides an important objective basis on special disease hospital hypertension clinic design and implementation of an ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and analysis system, on comprehensive study of hospital treatment and research conducted concurrent hypertension and related diseases.In this paper, we describe the design and implementation of ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and analysis system, describe the clinical significance and application prospects of the development and application of ambulatory blood pressure measurement, analyze its structure, working principle and workflow, and ultimately determine the system requirements and design goals. In the most basic design of the system is to make the analysis of the collection terminal management system and be able to communicate properly, the paper introduced the communication system used and the design of the communication protocol described in detail, and what is a major feature is especially in3G communications technology use of this system. Use LZW compression algorithm to compress data collection terminals, storage. Using the SQL Server database and. Net platform to build analysis and management system of the host computer, which to complete the blood pressure waveform and trend display, ambulatory blood pressure analysis and statistics, database management, reporting and printing. Finally, debug and error analysis for ambulatory blood pressure monitoring and analysis system, which are to satisfy the standard for clinical use.
