The Correlation Analysis Of Chronic Kidney Disease With Gastrin And Motilin In Plasma

Objective To investigate the chronic renal failure with gastrin and MTLilin of plasma secretion correlation.Methods From January2013to December2013were treated90cases of chronic renal failure patients and9normal healthy subjects in our hospital,just were grouped in glomerular filtration rate with gastrin and MTLilin of plasma of test parameters statistical correlation analysis.Results The study about gastrin and MTLilin of Plasma were indicators determination with chronic renal failure,the group were higher than measured,gastrin measurement indicators in chronic renal failure five comparison with the control group were significantly differences (P<0.01); in MTLilin indicators:except CKD3, there CKD4comparison with the control group significantly different(P<0.01),the remaining three groups were not significantly different (P>0.01);in gastrin indicators:CKD1group,CKD2group,CKD3group,CKD4group,CKD5group and the control group were positively correlated;in MTLilin indicators:CKD1group,CKD2group,CKD5group and the control group with positive correlation, CKD3group, CKD4group was negatively correlated with.Conclusion kidney was damaged may lead to elevated gastrin and MTLilin, without which prove that gastrin and MTLilin rise is a sign of serious, gastrin and MTLilin was measured digestive diseases indicators to measure the extent of damage it can be digestive function, although secretion and kidney damage related to a certain extent, without simply measured by gastrin and MTLilin indicators to measure renal parenchymal damage.
