Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified catheter interventional treatment of tubal obstruction。Methods:A retrospective analysis of the First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, Shanxi Modern Maternity Hospital Interventional Radiology, January2012to December2013were treated by hysterosalpingography diagnosis of tubal obstruction infertility patients198cases, aged22to43years, mean age32years of infertility average life of2to6years, of which82cases of primary infertility, secondary infertility116cases,198cases of387patients in different parts of the fallopian tube obstruction (of which there are seven cases of tubal ectopic pregnancy after removal of a fallopian tubes, single horn two cases), proximal tubal occlusion (interstitial and isthmus)263, distal tubal occlusion (ampulla and fimbria)124。Improved catheter interventional treatment of tubal occlusion recanalization rate was observed and recorded pregnancy through follow-up。Results:After387blocked fallopian tube recanalization therapy improved catheter, which proximal tubal obstruction263dredge252, recanalization rate of95.8%, failed13, the failure rate was4.94%;124dredge98distal tubal occlusion, and then pass rate of79%,26failed, the failure rate was20.97%; total of350dredge, dredge the total rate of90.4%。Proximal tubal dredge dredge rate was significantly higher than the distal P<0.05, statistically significant。162patients were followed up for infertility, a total of63cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate of38.9%, including one case of tire stop education, three cases of tubal pregnancy。Conclusions:Improved catheter interventional treatment of tubal occlusion recanalization rate, proximal tubal recanalization rate was significantly higher than the distal recanalization rate of recanalization after intrauterine pregnancy rate was significantly higher than a year more than1year intrauterine pregnancy。Using a modified catheter interventional treatment of blocked fallopian tubes, drawn convenient and economical, easy intubation, the operation time is short, with comparable imported special tubal catheter, interventional devices using a simple and economical treatment of blocked fallopian tubes provide a theoretical basis for the primary hospital。...
