| 【Purpose】Primarily evaluate the position and function of the method "Yiqi Jianpi Huashi" to treat idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura (PiXuShiZu).【Methods】The randomized,controlled study was conducted in this research. 60 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenia purpura(ITP) are randomly divided into two groups, one is control group(mainly use corticotropin-re-leasing hormone) and the other is treatment group (corticotropin-re-leasing hormone curing +chinese medicinal herbs with the fuction of Yiqi Jianpi Huashi). each group has 30 cases, and the therapeutic course is 4 weeks,we observe 1 or 2 courses. The aim is to observe the changes of clinical therapeutic effectiveness, platelet counts , platelet antibodies and T- cell subgroups in patients of both groups.【Result】The treatment group’s clinical obvious effective rate was50.0% and effective rate was96.7% while the control group’s clinical obvious effective rate was33.3% and effective rate was86.7%. The treatment group obviously surpassesed the matched control group (P＜0.05) in improving traditional chinese medicine syndromes and increasing the platelet counts.In the comparison of T- cell subgroups, there was no remarkable difference between the two groups in improving the counts of CD4~+and CD8~+. but to improve the ratio of CD4~+ and CD8~+, the difference between two groups were statistically significant. (P＜0.05). there was no remarkable difference between the two groups in platelet antibodies. (P＞0.05)【Conclusion】This study has proved that the dampness plays an vital role in the course of ITP ."Yiqi Jianpi Huashi"is an important method in the treatment of ITP which could improving clinical symptoms efficiently, increasing the platelet counts and the ratio of CD4+and CD8+.The method also helps to decrease the dosage of glucocorticoid, reduce its side reaction, keep the curative effect better and stabilize the state of illness. |
