This article closely related that the main of Traditional Chinese Medicine’s development,think that the prerequisite of the Traditional Chinese Medicine modernization andinternational is making its clinical diagnose and treatment as well as content of the theorynormalization, standardized, objectivity.Meanwhile, in the guide of《The EleventhFive-Year Plan for Traditional Chinese Medicine》achieve the goal that"To legislate forTraditional Chinese Medicine, and established a standard for it initially".This article summaries up systematical the features and rules of the clinical applicationnearly twelve years of the theory that the lung and the large intestine beinginterior-exteriorly, taking the method that second research to the first clinical data about thetheory, and hoping make contributions to the theory’s normalization, standardized,objectivity though reviewing this theory how used in clinic and summarizing theconnotation of the theory。Besides, I hope this research methods can be help to researchother Traditional Chinese Medicine.The clinical data in this article is divided four parts: cure enteropathy through curing lung,cure pulmonary tuberculosis through curing large intestine, cure enteropathy through curingboth lung and large intestine, cure pulmonary tuberculosis through curing both lung andlarge intestine. I summarized up the distribute rules of clinical applied name, symptoms,syndromes, formulas, medicine, and think the statistical results can be a consult for futureclinical application standardized of the theory. However, I also found that someone hassuch shortage as don’t clear even misunderstand the theory, don’t rigorous enough inresearch method and having a bit confusing in clinical application.So,we need to takefurther research to that.On the basis of summarizing up the clinical data systematical, I reflect and prospect thetheory. Through analyzing research status from bibliometric,I found that such research justjunor, the connotation also not consummate. Besides, the methodology behind its researchand research on the lower level, so we need to induce evidence-based medicine resear methods and establish rules of evidence and rules of identification for Traditional ChineseMedicine itself. In addition,I made some personal views and future research ideas to aimdirectly at some problems in the theory cure clinical application.
