It has a higherpractical value and clinical significance.Objective: The article approach the mechanism and effect of the TCM treatment of theflat wart initially, according to the therapeutic effect observation of portulacae mixtureformula. And we made some research and discuss of the method of the clear heat andtoxicity, active blood and remove the stasis, invigorate the spleen and replenish the spleenand also the effect and mechanism of the related herbs in the field of anti-virus and cellimmunity enhancement. It confirm the advantage and value of the treatment of flat wartwith TCM, and provide a new method and thought in the clinic.Methods: In the clinical research, we set the portulacae mixture formula as the treatinggroup(24 cases) and the transfer factor orally liquid as the control group (20cases).According to the contrast of the curative effect, we confirm the effect and value ofthe portulacae mixture formula in the clinic which is applied to the treatment to the flatwarts. Result: The total effective rate of the treating group is 87.50%,the control group is65.00%.With the test ofχ~2,there is no significant statistics difference between the twogroup. From the contrast of the effective rate of different type fiat wart between the twogroups, we found that there is no statistics difference in the effective rate in the patient ofthe mild and moderately fiat wart(P＞0.05).But in the contrast of the effective rate of thesevere cases, the control group (93.75%) is higher than the control group(62.50%),with thetest ofχ~2,there is a significant statistics difference between them (P＞0.05).Conclusions: confirm the certain therapeutic effect of the portulacae mixture formula inthe treatment of fiat wart, and it also has a better effect than the transfer factor orally liquidin the Severe fiat wart.
