In humans continue to own survival culture, diet culture occupies the role should not be underestimated, and tea in the diet culture plays an important role in.Culture is the most important symbol to distinguish ethnic.China is known as "the hometown of tea", has several thousand years history of tea culture, is the origin of tea, is the birthplace of tea culture.The Uyghur live in this land into Central Asia and even Europe and around the world.In the dissemination process of Uyghur tea culture plays an indispensable role.Uyghur called "addicted to tea" national,Uyghur traditional tea culture is an integral part of culture, which covers the Uyghur people in the long-term production and life practice in the process of creating and tea related to the material and spiritual wealth, including the legend of tea, tea and tea history and all the associated social culture phenomenon, its formation and development has experienced a long historical process, and permeate the Uyghur spiritual life and the material in all aspects of life.Based on the extensive collection of Chinese, Uyghur text in two and other related data, this paper uses ethnographic fieldwork and literature research methods, on the way of thinking, doing the necessary flexibility to adjust, combined with the cultural anthropology theory, Uyghur tea culture objective, reasonable attempt to analysis, a surface layer the show of Uyghur tea cultural picture, in order to obtain good results.This paper is mainly divided into four parts:the first chapter mainly elaborated the incoming Uyghur tea and tea culture origin and formation, and to discuss the Uyghur culture in the form of tea culture plays an important role and contribution; second chapter mainly expounds the Uyghur tea culture forms, from the breed of tea to the tea culture in Uyghur life position; the third chapter mainly expounds the tea culture on Uyghur society; the fourth chapter elaborated through the analysis the Uyghur tea cultural change and development.
