China is a maritime country, toward the ocean from land in China, theworld in the process from the ocean. Fisheries has always occupied a veryimportant position. Ming and Qing Dynasties of China’s marine economy andmarine community development period, but also Chinese and foreign marinesocio-economic collision period, China plays an important role inpromoting this historical process, marine fisheries and marine, marinefisheries increasingly profound economic and social impact on theformation and development of China’s marine community. Guangdong isChina’s maritime province, Ming and Qing Dynasties is an important baseof our country and the other countries of the world economic and culturalexchanges. Research on the development of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,Guangdong Ocean Fishery allows us to better awareness and understandingof the characteristics of our traditional period of the development ofmarine fisheries and master dynasty marine policy implementation of thereal situation in the coastal areas.Study focused on marine fisheries economy fishermen community of theGuangdong region of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, and to explore the linkbetween the government’s marine fisheries system policies and thedevelopment of marine fisheries. This paper is divided into six chapters,the first chapter is an introduction. The second chapter introduces thethe Guangdong marine areas and the status of fishery resources. Chapterexplore the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Guangdong Ocean fishermen and theirproduction technology and offshore fisheries to the development ofoffshore fishing. Chapter IV around the marine fishermen understandingdeepening and development of marine aquaculture on the marine conditions.To explore a variety of marine policy implemented by the Ming and Qingdynasties dynasty as well as the impact on the marine fishermen, as wellas the the marine fishermen identity and the production and lifestylechanges and transformation The sixth chapter is the conclusion part,summarized, and the framework of the overall structure of the full textof the questions and thinking.Help us to a better understanding of the historical context of theMing and Qing Dynasties China National Offshore socio-economicdevelopment, economic construction and fishery management now and in thefuture of marine fisheries, marine community through the process of changeon the economic and social development of marine fisheries research,sustainable development has an important inspiration.
