Research On The Structure Of"de (的)" In Legal Register

The structure of "de(的)" is a higher frequency structure in Chinese. In terms of traditional grammar, Predecessors carried out research on this structure from a variety of angles, However, their research was largely limited to a single language in vivo. Their research vision is not open enough. Compared to a single genre, the structure of "de(的)" in legal language demonstrate many features on the significance, function and distribution of semantic prosody. In addition, the structure of "de(的)" in the legal provisions and the language of the hearing varies greatly. These are worthy of our in-depth research. So far academics on law in the style of the structure of "de(的)" of research findings is not yet widely. This article intends to break through the limitations of a single genre and put the structure of "de(的)" in the legal register to inspect, analyze in order to further refine, deepen its research. We hope to be able to further understand the structure of "de(的)"’s performance in cross-genre. This paper will compare legal style and colloquial style, style of political style, technology, advertising, news style on the different use of the structure of "de(的)". We try to combine the various stylistic features and make a reasonable explanation. This article mainly uses analysis, graphs and comparative law. On the basis of a large number of corpus, based on the facts, we will be organic combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis. We expand research horizons and refine the research point of view and combine with macro-and micro-level. We intend to deepen and enrich the content of research under the guidance of the multi-theoretical approach. The discussion of this paper consists of six parts of the system, details are as follows:Part one:Introduction section. Introduces the results of previous studies, looking for research gaps and inadequacies, leads to the topic of this article, points out the significance of this article, research methods, and data sources.Part two:the syntactic environment and semantic features of the structure of "de(的)" in the legal language. Through a detailed study, analysis of the corpus, we have summed up the syntactic environment of the structure of "de(的)". Specifically, we analyzed occurrence ratio of positive, neutral and negative semantic Prosody of the structure of "de(的)". It is mainly characterized by negative semantic Prosody. We have also summarized the negative realization means of semantic Prosody. Finally, we also make a simple analysis of the reasons about the semantic prosody distribution ratios.Part three:The basic functions and looming mechanism of the structure of "d(的)" in the legal language. Based on corpus, we summarize five basic features. They are referential function, highlighting the features in focus, assuming function, location, emotion expression function. We made a more detailed analysis of each function. We also have research on looming mechanisms, conditions and motivation.Part four:Differences between legal provisions and the language of the trial of the structure of "de(的)". We counted the emergence proportion of the legal provisions and the language of the trial of the structure of "de(的)" and analyzed these data. We try to explain the reasons for forming differences.Part five:The differences and their interpretation in different stylistic of the structure of "de(的)". We mainly explore the distribution differences of the structure of "de(的)" on the political analects, slogan body of scientific speech, news writing and spoken language. We combine the function and features of each genre in order to make explanation.Part six:Closing remarks. Main carding, summed up the basic viewpoints and conclusions of this article, pointed out shortcomings of this study and directions for future research.
