Given the extant universal psychological problem nowadays, this paper presents the conception of mental health along with the original traceability analysis of the concept university, in order to acquire the enlightment from Axial Age sages and solve the problem. At the same time, Absorbing all the Westerner psychology is not good for us due to the unique social attributes of the psychology and differences between China and Western country. otherwise, it will be out. Therefore, this paper holds that we must make a dialogue between Western psychology and Chinese Traditional Culture. Based on the above consideration, this paper make the research on the Thoughts of early Confucian Humanistic Psychology(especially around the core of Mencius).This paper study whether the thought of the early Confucian contain the Humanistic psychological thought, which holds that "in a sense, Chinese Traditional Culture itself is a particular status of the psychology",with referring to the outstanding results of predecessors. What’s more, By the predecessors’outcome of comparing the Chinese Traditional Culture to Western psychology, this paper mainly presents three similarities between them in the following aspects:First, both of them expand and make deep development value system based on the humanity. Second, the generation of the two are born in a period of turmoil and uncertainty of the social value system, the era of what benefit the development of the concept of human doubt.Third, both focus on the same problems such as freedom, fate, outward needs,inward needs as well as physical and mental requirements etc.Based on the above frame, this paper completely analyzes the thoughts of Mencius’humanistic psychology, mainly including the foundation theories, ontology and methodology.
