In the design of the nationality need from a single to datong, fromdatong to unique, the core of the uniqueness is national culture, so accordingto the Inner Mongolia region and grassland culture characteristics, for thepurpose of carrying forward national culture, in the historical background ofgrassland culture, Mongolian traditional pattern as the carrier, study ofintegration and spread of the Mongolian traditional symbols?Grassland culture refers to the generation lives in the prairie regions ofthe ancients, tribe, nation created a culture that corresponds to the grasslandecological environment, the culture including grassland people’s mode ofproduction, life style and adapt to the customs and habits, social system,ideology, religion, literature and art, etc., of which value system is the corecontent. From the point of current cultural positioning characteristics,grassland culture is with strong local characteristics and nationalcharacteristics of a compound culture. The most representative grasslandculture in the Mongolian culture, its profound cultural art is the valuablewealth that history left us. Symbolization of Mongolian traditional graphics,design is a visual representation of grassland culture transmission, especiallyon national culture characteristic.This article is divided into four parts, the first part is the formation of theMongolian traditional symbols, based on the research of the Mongolianprairie history, culture, and expounds the "circular" spirit as the original symbol, the spirit of Mongolian traditional symbols behind the meaning, toexplain the formation and development of Mongolian traditional symbols.The second part is the Mongolian traditional analysis methods of symbolicimport, graphic design, through to the original and reconstruction of theMongolian traditional symbols, with modern design methods to illustratefeasibility and practicability of the imported symbols. The third part is therevelation of the Mongolian traditional symbolic import, graphic design, thispart mainly combine Mongolian traditional symbols and Mongolian horsedesign, with "China horses"? actual cases to analyze and verify the traditionalpeople.Through the import of Mongolian traditional symbols in graphic designfor the project objectives, to verify the Mongolian traditional symbol formodern innovation and reconstruction, the importance of protection andinheritance of national culture. Attaches great importance to the combinationof the Mongolian traditional symbols and modern design, innovation,induction, summary of the Mongolian traditional symbol dissemination intoday’s meaning and purpose. Only in this way, can we make our designdevelopment in national regions has more contemporary and nationalization,to better adapt to the market, to better toward internationalization.
