At the same time, it offers an effective way to avoidmedical dispute and build a harmonious relationship between patients and doctors.The survey questioned700patients and their relatives, as well as420medicalworkers in Dalian and Jinzhou hospitalized in form of questionnaire.Through the analysis and discussion of the result of doctor-patient communicationquestionnaire, we can know the current situation of doctor-patient communication, themain reason of medical dispute, and the effect of doctor-patient relationship. Thissurvey reflects the problems of communication between patients and doctors nowadays.Strengthen communication between doctors and patients, improving capacity ofclinician and their communication skill, and concerning department supervise about thiswill solve this problem. In this way, doctor-patient relationship will be improved,quality of medical service will be better, and patients will recover easily.
