A Report On The Translation Of"China Thought In Financial Crisis"(Excerpt)

This article selects four chapters of China Thought in Financial Crisis by Mr. Xia Bin to translate from Chinese into English. This article mainly talks about China’s solutions and policies when facing to international financial crisis. It records a series of deep thinking and national policy recommendations about China’s economic current and future economic situation before crisis, in crisis and post-crisis, which shines the light of wisdom.The report will be divided into four chapters. The first chapter is the introduction. It gives the brief introduction of the background and significance of the translation. Meanwhile, the feasibility of translation this material will be shown in this part. The second chapter talks about the original author and introduces the main content of original text. Chapter three is the main body of this paper, which introduces how to use translation skills to finish the economic translation from Chinese into English, here referring to the Skopos theory. In this part, the translation difficulties will also be introduced. The last chapter is the translation experience. What the translator learned will be introduced in this chapter.
