In2009,People’s Government of Hainan province issued a notice about the implementation of "the overall planning of building a new socialist countryside in Hainan Province ", symboling Hainan province officially entered a new period of comprehensive construction of new socialist countryside.in2008, Hainan province formally put forward the action planning about the construction of the international tourism island, opened the rural tourism market of Hainan province, under these policies background, the traditional villages of Hainan province are facing opportunities and challenges at the same time.In the construction of new countryside and in the process of urbanization, because of the existence of problems and misunderstanding in many practical knowledge on conservation and renovation planning of traditional villages, the pattern of geomantic omen, vernacular architecture, historical monuments, the beautiful natural environment and the simple humane environment of a large number of traditional village of Hainan province has been damaged to varying degrees, some traditional villages are even facing death threats.The damage and the vanishing of the traditional village which has rich historical and cultural heritage.means for the disappearance of the historical and cultural heritage that inherit From generation to generation, but also means the disappearance of the resources which have a large number of potential value of tourism,it is a huge loss of spiritual loss, cultural loss, economic loss for the people of the Hainan province.Therefore, strengthening the protection of traditional village, and how to realize the protection and development of Hainan traditional village through reasonable planning, are widespread concerned by the Whole province.Through visiting and investigating for many traditional villages of Hainan province, i understand what problems the conservation of traditional villages of Hainan province are facing in the context of Socialist New Countryside Construction, aiming at these problems, by reading the relevant literature at home and abroad,and doing some Exploration and research work,i summarized some Solving measures for those problems. Combining with the practical experience of designing, i summarize some basic theory on renovation planning of traditional village, then based on those basic theory, i take Hainan Boao South Village as a practical case to study, and analyze in detail on the specific application of several important principles and theory, combining with the specific situation, then put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Based on the combination of theory and practice, then elaborate how to realize the protection and development of traditional villages of Hainan province through scientific and rational planning in the context of Socialist New Countryside Construction.
