Lao-tzu was one of the outstanding thinkers in ancient China. He wrote a book" Dao De Jing ofLaozi " has been loved by the people. It contains " letting things take their own course "," law of nature","avenue invisible",“with little selfishness and desire"," natural"," Shou static brake"," virtual Shou Jing"and a series of the universe, nature, and rule of morality and a series of important problems in deep thought.Lao Tzu philosophy of " eyeball" lies" Inaction", it emphasizes that people should stick to their own nature,follow the law of nature, people and people, people and nature, people and the universe are in harmoniousstate."Inaction" is also a kind of political thought, the specific performance of "governing a large countrysuch as cooking a small fish". Lao-tzu’s inaction politics not only has great historical value, but also has theimportant inspiration significance to current society.The introductory part of the thesis was introduced detailedly from two aspects of the significance ofthe topic and the literature review of the background paper. It also introduced the background oflao-tzu’s times, his biography, his thought foundation, his mainly works, and his thought contribution to thehuman race. He has a very high value in the history of world culture, and this paper is to analyze thethought of rule by his perspective of the governing thoughts.In the first chapter, the understanding of the "Tao" by lao-tzu was analyzed from two aspects of originand the function and tract of Tao, because Tao is dominant in the Lao Tzu’s philosophy. The core conceptof Lao-tzu’s thought--"Tao", which not only can better understand his "Tao follows nature" thought, butalso more deeply analysis of the ruling thought of Lao-tzu.In the second part, the meaning of "Inaction" was understood "Inaction" thoughts by "Tao followsnature" thought of Lao Tzu. Studying on the rule of "natural" provides a theoretical basis and support for usto understand the intention of "inaction". Lao Tzu’s "Inaction" ruling ideology is practical, maneuverability,because "the Tao follows nature" thought is the "eye" of his thought.The third part is from the following four aspects to explain the reason of "inaction ":discarding thesubjective prejudice and ingenuity to "Inaction", to change the view of the world in order to inaction,following water tender indisputable virtue can doing nothing and no body, no I, no desires, to the world thefirst can inaction. The last part of the paper "Inaction" of the governing idea--"rule powers if cooking a small dish" hasspecifically analyzed lao-tzu’s "rule powers if cooking a small dish" thinking of the country. Studyingdeeply of the concept of meaning, and on the other hand, it reveals the enlightenment lao-tzu’s thinking ofmodern people and its significance.
