Test anxiety is a kind of common emotional distress of high school students.The motivation and temperament are the two important factors which impact test anxiety.Self-determination theory is that internalization of motivation level is higher, the lower the anxiety. So this paper aims to study high school students test anxiety and internal learning motivation and the relationship between the temperament.Based on the test anxiety, learning motivation level and temperament, on the basis of previous research to study the self-adjustment questionnaire, test anxiety questionnaire (TAS) and EPQ for the questionnaires.Issue350questionnaires, the effective questionnaires. The research conclusion is as follows:30%of high school students in a severe test anxiety state;55%of the high school students’ test anxiety score more than15points or more.This means that three groups more than half of the students are brought under test emotional distress, has obvious feel discomfort from test.Severe test anxiety in the rural areas of the students and students born with the proportion is big, should give more attention.High school students’ motivation internalization level taken within the motive and identity motivation is given priority to, the highest score in the motivation of perturbation, controlling regulation level higher than autonomy control, motivation of internalization poor.High school students’ test anxiety scores and motivation internalization level of relative independent factor has significant negative correlation.Different test anxiety levels of students’ test anxiety and motivation internalization of relevant differences. Low anxiety group, test anxiety scores and identification control and internal control is a significant negative correlation, and the internal motivation also shows significant negative correlation, and the relative independent index significantly greater than all the subjects related index; Test anxiety score15points or less subjects and identity adjustment and independent regulation significant negative correlation; Test anxiety score15points or more subjects, and internal motivation taken significant positive correlation, and external control, internal control motor positive correlation, but not significant. High school students’ test anxiety and inside and outside to (E) significant negative correlation, and neuroticism (N) which have significant positive correlation.High school students temperament all dimensions and learning motivation internalization level closely. The inside and outside to and controlled level significantly negative correlation, and the relative independent factor significant positive correlation, and taken a significant negative correlation in motivation, and internal motivation significant positive correlation. Neuroticism and external motivation significantly related; Masked and external motivation significantly negative correlation, and taken in motivation, identity is significantly and positively related to the motivation. Psychoticism and autonomous control significant negative correlation and identity motivation significantly negative correlation.Direct effect of test anxiety and self-determination motivation internalization was not significant, and temperament plays an important role between the two.
