A Study On The National Happiness In The Perspective Of Economic Ethics

"Let people live more happiness" is the basic idea of the party in power. Report ofthe17th national congress explicitly pointed out:"social construction is closelyrelated to people’s well-being." What is happiness? This is a continuation of ancienttheory of subject. Since ancient times, many thinkers have given a theoretical solutionto connotation of happiness. It formed the different schools and different perspectiveof happiness, reflected the different understanding of happiness on the different socialand time background conditions. With the progress and development of the era,especially under the tide of socialist market economy, people should give theconnotation of happiness of the era significance. Happiness or not, the premise is toplace happiness in what kind of happiness viewpoint. At present, the academic studyof happiness partly stems from the single-subject，such as psychology, sociology,economics, ecology, aesthetics, pedagogy and ethics, this determines a significantdifference in the understanding and the basic attitude of happiness. However thisarticle tries to study happiness problem under the perspective of economic ethics, thenI will start my discussion from the following three parts in detail.In the first part, I mainly want to define the connotation of happiness under theperspective of economic ethics，and then explain the current significance. Firstly, Iwill sort the representative materialism and spiritual supreme happiness on traces ofancient and modern, Chinese and foreign thought happiness, which leads to theMarxist happiness viewpoint; Secondly, I will explain the origin, meaning, researchobject of economic ethics, according to the reality and the historical reasons, andlaunch connotation of happiness of economic ethics, and explain the unique valuecomparing with Marxist outlook from era background, the realistic situation, theessence of happiness, the way to update, and ought to be crystallization. Finally, I willfurther highlight the meaning of happiness of the economic ethics from the aspects oftheory and practice.The second part is to explore problems and the reasons of the happiness viewpointat present stage in china. Problems include the lack of consciousness of happiness,unscientific of happiness goals and incorrect of happiness motivation. Combiningview of economic ethics Angle, this article explore the root cause, these are "the alienation of economic ethics essence stipulation of human, unsynchronized betweeneconomic ethics construction and economic system changes, inconsistence betweenthe purpose and moral means of production, and the values by the erosion of westernconsumerism". It appears deviation from theoretical knowledge to the practice ofeconomic ethics.The third part is to study the countermeasures which improve the nationalhappiness level depending on the view of happiness of economic ethics. I will putforward countermeasures from the government, society and individual three aspects.The government level, we should understand the final purpose of socialist production,improve the benefits to the national social security system, perfect the fair andreasonable income distribution system and promote business ethics institutionalizedmechanism form; Social level, we should promote the popularity of the whole societyoutlook on education, fully display the function of the mass media "navigation" andfocus on deepening economic and ethical background of enterprise culture; Theindividual level, we should strive to be double degrees of the people, set up the innerself happiness and the ability to happiness.
