Tibetan Motto is a literature style by Sakya Penchen under the influence of India literature. Since the founding of Sakya Motto, Tibetan literature has had deep impact with the book. Many Tibetan Scholars wrote different Mottos after Sakya Motto,"Geden Motto" by Penchen Sonam Drakpa,"Chushing Tencho " by Gongtang Tenpe Dron me and "Gyelpo Lukkyi Tencho"by Ji Mipen, these books to teach and how to distinguish good and bad behavior to be right person. Generally The Motto is teaching of human, but gradually there are more and more Buddhist ideas appeared in this book. That’s because most authors are Buddhist. So they know Tibetan are believe Buddhism and write Buddhist ideas easy bring people’s mind. Anyway is book is valuable for teaching and educating. So it’s effect Tibetan society a lot over past and now. I select this topic for my thesis to compare with other Mottos. There are three parts of my thesis as preface, body part and conclusion. In the preface talked about the value of Mottos. There are three chapters in bodypart. In the first chapter analyzed the author’s autobiography and background of Tibetan society at that time. Also the purpose of founding of this book. In the second chapter researched the king’s behavior and how to use the right rule of righteousness, also this book to compare with Sakya Motto and Geden Motto. In the third chapter talked it’s influence on the Tibetan society at the time. And this is the final purpose of creation, in a word. By this researching, all those Mottos are voluble for Tibetan literature over time.
