A Research On Development Of The Characteristic Culture Industry In Heilongjiang Province

Culture industry is a force to stimulate the growth of regional economy and promote the sustainable development of economy. In recent years, the cultural industry of Heilongjiang province based on good resource and external conditions has begun to take shape, and the economic benefit is constantly appeared. Meanwhile, in the process of the development of cultural industry, a lot of bottlenecks have not been break through. To dig the regional culture characteristic advantage has important significance to promote the healthy development of the cultural industry.According to the literature tracking and combining with the investigation analysis of related theoretical basis of the characteristics of the cultural industry, the author discussed the concept of characteristic cultural industry, characteristics and the connotation and denotation of that in Heilongjiang province. This article detailed analysis of related theories of the cultural industry development, such as the theory of comparative advantage, growth pole theory, industrial cluster theory. Over the course of the study, this paper closely combined with those theories and has made a good theory basis.This paper analyzed the current situation of the development, problems of cultural industry in Heilongjiang province characteristics. The study found that, with the comprehensive strength of Heilongjiang province to improve economic circumstances, depending on the rich cultural resources, the characteristic culture industry has been increasingly developing. The article has studied the development scale, industrial structure, market demand, investment and financing system of characteristic cultural industry. Then, in this paper, the existing problems in the development of industry are analyzed. The paper points out the problems, such as imperfectness of characteristic culture industry public service system, not matured market development,cultural industry shortages’ of comprehensive utilization of characteristic resources, inadequate of characteristic culture industry financing channel, low using level of human resources characteristic culture industry and so on.Through comparative study, this paper analyzes the advanced experiences of the characteristics of the development of cultural industry at home and abroad, which include the historical reproductivities and legal security and other advanced experience finished in the characteristic cultural industry in United States and France. The analysis of the domestic experience are Beijing ancient city culture industry development and the original "Yunnan impression" culture industry in Yunnan province, this paper analyses the experiences of characteristics of the development of cultural industry. the ultimate enlightenment show that to develop characteristic culture industry should base on the characteristics of the cultural industry and inheriting regional culture characteristics, set up the development philosophy of "business is means, culture is the theme", constantly improve the features of culture protection system, and promote the development of cultural associations.Through the combing of the full text to development present situation, the problems of characteristic culture industry of Heilongjiang province and experience at home and abroad and analyzing the basic conditions of characteristic culture industry of Heilongjiang province, in the end, the essay development countermeasures for characteristic culture industry of Heilongjiang province.
