Research On Cultural Industry And Tourism Industry Convergence Development In Heilongjiang Province Under The Reform Of Supply Side

From the 16th National Congress to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the development of the cultural industry has gradually been taken seriously by the country,which has ushered in a historic development opportunity for the cultural industry.At the same time,due to the obvious regional differences in resource endowments and the scale of development,the difficulties in the development of cultural industries around the world are endless.Therefore,the issue of the development of the cultural industry at this stage has received extensive attention.Heilongjiang Province,one of the old industrial bases in Northeast of China,faces the dual pressures of changes in economic development patterns and industrial restructuring.In recent years,the tourism industry,one of the most important pillar industries in Heilongjiang Province,has been subjected to tremendous external competitive pressures,and it is urgent to improve the supply side,enhance the connotation of the tourism industry,promote industrial upgrading,and meet the market demand.The creativity and inclusiveness of the cultural industry can exactly meet the development needs of the tourism industry.At the same time,the relatively mature market system and rich tourism resources in Heilongjiang Province's tourism industry are just as important as the cultural industry can rely on.Therefore,the development trend of industrial integration has become an inevitable choice for the development of the cultural industry and tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province.This article firstly accumulated related materials and data through literature research methods,qualitative analysis methods and quantitative analysis methods,case analysis methods,and field investigation methods.After systematically reviewing the research status at home and abroad,we pointed out the current stage in the cultural industry and tourism industry.There are deficiencies in industrial research,and further analysis of the economic mechanism of cultural industry and tourism industry integration.Secondly,based on the supply-side reform,based on the macro-environment,proceeding from the actual status of Heilongjiang Province,the paper analyzes the advantages and problems of the integration of the development of the cultural industry and the tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province.Then,based on the combination of relevant theories and analysis of current conditions,empirical analysis was used to measure and analyze the degree of integration of the cultural industry and the tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province.Finally,by integrating the above research results,with the help of the supply-side reform policy,from the perspective of long-term development Starting from the current situation of industrial development,and fully learning from the successful experiences at home and abroad,we further proposed relevant policy recommendations for the development of the cultural industry and the tourism industry in Heilongjiang Province.The government,industry,and enterprise should work together to increase the comprehensive competitiveness of the cultural industry and the tourism industry,promote industrial upgrading,optimize the industrial structure,cultivate new forms of industry,and promote the integration of Heilongjiang Province's cultural industry and tourism industry,and improve the overall economic strength of Heilongjiang Province.
