This article examines The Second New Deal Alliance turned up in the late1930s.In1929, the most serious economic crisis broke out in the history of the United States.Franklin D. Roosevelt assumed the office of the President of the United States. Rooseveltissued state intervention to a wide range of measures, and the implementation of newpolicies to save the crisis in the United States. New Deal legislation touched the interestsof the Eastern Financial Monopolies. Eastern Financial Monopolies taken a public standagainst New Deal. The Second New Deal Alliance is the basis of Second New Deal. Notonly The Second New Deal Alliance helps federal government reform financial system,but also the United States, capitalism towards a more mature stage of development. Tostudy on The Second New Deal Alliance has a significance for understanding the U.S.economy pattern transformation and industrial structure adjustment. I discuss historicalbackground causing The Second New Deal Alliance and development, giving moreprominence to The Second New Deal Alliance has a far-reaching impact of the politicaleconomy of the West and South.Full-text is divided into the following sections:The introduction part explains the causes of the selection of the subject, thepurposes and significance of research, domestic and foreign research present situation,the basic structure of this paper, and definition of relevant concepts.The first part of the body paper analyzes the background for the formation of TheSecond New Deal Coalition. It includes the situation of the country during the period ofthe U.S. economic crisis, the measures published during the first New Deal, Rooseveltwas elected president of the United States, and the relations between the Rooseveltadministration and monopolies in the eastern and western United States. The U.S.economy gets better in the end of the New Deal for the first time.President Rooseveltprepares to start the Second New Deal,but the New Deal was opposed by the EasternFinancial Monopolies. The Second New Deal Alliance has formed under historicalbackground.The second part introduces the development of The Second New Deal Coalition. Itincludes the situation and the opposition at the beginning of the New Deal. It includesthe introduction of the mainly members of the industrialist in the western and southernUnited States as well as the major measures they published, and the disintegration of The Second New Deal Coalition. The Second New Deal Coalition is the basis of implementedsmoothly by New Deal measures.The third part clarifies the impacts of The Second New Deal Alliance on the USpolitical and economic. Many politicians of the West and South have significant impactin American politics. The Second New Deal Alliance has a close relationship with theWest and South supported by the federal government, promoting the rapid developmentof the economy of the west regions, especially on the U.S. economy patterntransformation and the promoting for the formation of the modern "Sun Belt".The conclusion part concludes the whole article. It emphasizes important position ofThe Second New Deal Alliance.
