The Concept of Manchuria and Mongolia was the theoretical basis of modern Japanese colonialism, which was filled with the militarists’ argument about the invasion of China, the ideological trend of "Manchukuo" and their understanding of Man Meng. However, there has an inseparable relationship between the Policy of Manchuria and Mongolia which was carried out by modern Japanese militarists and the false public propagandas of Concept of Manchuria and Mongolia. Manchuria and Mongolia was called together as Man Meng by Japanese militarists, which could indicate their theoretical fallacy. In order to definitely carrying out the invasive Policy of Manchuria and Mongolia, firstly, they advocated the theory of Manchuria and Mongolia was non-Chinese. As the largely process of this policy, the Japanese even had regarded the Manchuria and Mongolia as their lifeline of national supplying, in which represented that Japan has the special rights and status in Manchuria and Mongolia, also brought forward the immigration proposal, developing and management of these areas. This paper mainly analyzed the three points of view which brought about by the Japanese invaders:the non-Chinese Manchuria and Mongolia theory, the theory of Japanese lifeline in the both areas and the point of management of the two of areas. These wrong points of view have incorrectly affected many Japanese to look upon the relationship of "Manchuria and Mongolia" between China, even today it also exists to somebody. Therefore, this paper comprehensively analyzed those wrong points of view, from which the Chinese and Japanese could correctly look upon the history, and it also has the far-reaching values and meanings.
