Mr.Chen is versatile, he is accomplish in bamboo flute, Chinese xiao, composing and conducting. Since he performed all over the world,he has abundantly experience. Thus, his hard work and rich experience is really great contribution for Chinese bamboo flute development in Taiwan.Because of Chen Zhong-Shen has great achievement in bamboo flute performance, composing, conducting, Taiwanese opera, the range of research cannot contain all his arts field. So this paper lay particular stress on study the Bamboo flute art of Taiwan Bamboo flute Chen Zhong-Shen. And sketch his learning experience, performance experience and analyse the his performance, composed piece which has Taiwan characteristic, then, try to summarize his contribution and influence in Taiwan Bamboo flute art.
