The Network Popular Body Writing Research

With the rapid development of technology and the coming of the information age,people are increasingly dependent on computer networks, which have become anindispensable part of our lives. Nowadays, network is a useful communication tool forpeople either in studying, working and entertaining or in communicating, expressingfeelings and sharing information with each other, thus a new hybrid type ofcommunication “network communication” came into being, along with the “Weblanguage”. When people communicate in networks to achieve a variety of purposes, a“medium” is needed, as people use language to communicate in real life, they use “Weblanguage” in networks. Network languages share many characteristics, such as: brevity,vividness and symbols with text, etc., but in all these many features, I believe“innovation” is the most notable one.Network language is always innovative instead of sticking to one pattern. Manypopular words of network language use by many people from the moment of their riseand their usage even expand from networks to people’s daily lives, so that is why wecall them "network slang". For example,"cute","gelivable","**guy" these simplewords once became the most frequently used buzzwords. However, the feature ofinnovation makes it continued to innovation, recently various of network popularbuzzwords have become a unstoppable trend filling with network in communicationplatform, their range even expanded to TV, and news, and newspaper, mainstreammedia, this is what we named of "network popular body", it is also the main researchobject of this dissertation, such as:"roared body", and "Taobao body", and "smurfbody" and so on, so to say it with more influence.Through the observation of what environment we should use network popular bodyin, how to choose the lexicon and what kind of language expressions we should use,and even the characteristics when the words combine together, I believe that networkpopular body both have the feature of brevity as oral language, and the formal, rich aswritten language. Therefore I consider that network popular body is a coexistence styleof oral and written language, at the same time, it has literature performance style, so it is also an integration of oral style and written style. The formation process of network isa popular discourse creative activity and a part of the Internet writing. To generalwriting, however, the network popular is with its unique characteristics. Generalactivity of writing is to create texts or discourse, so creation must be focus onpersonality, but not imitation, on the contrary, network of popular acts as ananti-creative writing. Work "discourse" has a very strong feature of imiation. Theauthors deliberately imitates the existing text formatting, style, tone of expression, tomake use of available words, so it has great difference with the traditional writing. As astarting point, this dissertation uses several popular bodies which are familiar by people.By using inductive approach, enumeration approach, analyzing approach andcomparative approach, etc, it attempts to discuss network popular body from a newangle “network text writing” in depth, so as to grasp the development and the influencesof network popular body and enrich the study of network language.
