Research On Pre-Qin ZhuZi’s Speech About The Sign Of Country’s Perishing

The Pre-Qin is a special period. Plenty of colorful ideas and theories sprung up, especially in the field of governing thought. Pre-Qin Zhuzi present their claims and focused on the countries’rise and fall.This paper is based on the classical works of Pre-Qin Confucian Mohism Taoism Legalism and Eclectics.The sign of country’s perishing is a point,we can find and analyze the same expositions and the different expositions.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part is about the same expositions of the sign of country’s perishing:People’s support is a primary problem that concerns the nation’s rise and fall.Lose people’s support means lose the country.Sage is an indispensable factor in the rule.Without sage,the country’s rule is unstable.Rewards and punishments are two handle as a tool of political rule.They are particularly important in the process of rule.If the rewards and punishments are not strict and fair,the rule will be overthrew. War is a important factor which is related to national survival.People suffer the most in the war.The monarch lacks virtue may also lead country to perish.The second part is about the different expositions of the sign of country’s perishing. Rites and music were the differences between Confucian and Mohism. Confucian considered that losing rites and music could cause the social disorder. Mohism against this view. Sage and intelligence were the differences between Confucian and Taoism.Confucian thought monarchy should advocate sage and intelligence,so,people would keep distance from stupid. Taoism advocated to get rid of sage and intelligence. Confucian and Legalism opposited in different methods of running country. Lv Shi Chun Qiu mixed Pre-Qin Zhuzi’s theories together.The third part is based on the same expositions and the different expositions of the sign of country’s perishing in order to find the thoughts origin.We want to find The cause of the thoughts’s appearance and the art of expositions.We can summarize the common factors which may lead to country’s perishing from the same thought of Pre-Qin Zhuzi’s, also can find the different thought from their opposite expositions. We want to explore the and the art of expositions through the perspective of the sign of country’s perishing.
