Science Fiction Movie is a complex art, which integrates literature, performance, photography, music and dancing art. The expression is extremely abundant and becoming increasingly popular world-wide. Specifically, the music in science fiction films draws more and more attention. For example, in<STAR WARS>,<E.T ALLIAN> and <HARRY POTER>, etc., Williams achieved great success in thework of music composing. His formula for creation is changeable, combined with great vitality, fantasy and romance, and deepens the connotation meaning of film art.In this paper, through music technical analysis of Williams’s representative music in science fiction films, the author focused on the analysis of Williams’use of the technique of "Leading Motive", in science fiction film music. This article condenses the writing character of Williams’science-fiction film music, striving to use classic things to conclude the whole field. What’s more, the paper is aiming at searching for conclusion on the character of Williams’generation of science fiction music producing. In the meanwhile, the author makes a focus on the research on current situation some explanation for the topic.Part2:The author gives a detailed introduction about John Williams and his career as a music producer.Part3:In this part, the author discusses the representative work of John Williams, perform a research on the music score, and use "leading motive" as the main object of study. At the same time, the author analyzes the utilization of musical element in "leading motive"; proclaims the curve structure and the multicolor structure which beyond the leading motive.
